…..I’m delighted to report success with associating raw green Smoothies and left-handed teeth brushing with ♥LOVE-ing, kind and compassionate thoughts……followed with an ACTION that is ♥LOVE-ing, kind and compassionate …..it’s going well….WooHoo…..and I’m continuing…
I found this great poster which includes a wonderful range of ideas from the www.coolpeoplecare.org group who’s thing is Saving the World, Five Minutes at a Time …..in other words let’s get on with doing actions five minutes at a time. Everything we do matters and five minutes at a time of ♥kindness, ♥compassion, caring, ♥LOVE-ing, ♥heart-listening, and being the change we wish to see in the world and the like adds up to more ♥LOVE, peace and happiness in the world.
Invitation to you: choose one of the instructions below and put it into action for 5 minutes daily for the next week or another option is choose a different one each day for the next week and put it into action for 5 minutes daily.
