♥LOVE TIP – Wednesday April 11th, 2012

Hello Precious Ones♥  

Remember me talking about Random Acts of ♥Art /♥Love/♥Kindness Wednesdays  ….RAAW’s – check out here if you missed the post or want a reminder of what it is…..Well, I’ve had some fun this past week out and about…..

That is, out and about on my daily early morning walks where I’ve been pondering about what ♥People might be thinking when they are out on the bush trails ‘sauntering’ along ……..

There they are out in Nature on their morning-walking-the-dog…… or as is more likely the case, dogs-walking-them…. and quite often some ‘dragging’ is going on …. as the doggies of all shapes and sizes go bouncing excitedly along on their leashes…..or maybe it’s the young Mum’s with baby-in-pram plus one or two other little sweetypies in tow…..or maybe it’s the heavy duty fitness-enthusiasts power-jogging along……..or the cyclists careening and powering by……..or then maybe it’s just the Senior Citizens [or should I say, Elders, as a more politically correct description AND especially seeing as we are entering into this esteemed category] out for their daily ‘constitutional’………..

Been pondering about which ones of These PEOPLE are going to firstly, spot the little ♥LOVE-Heart-rock Creations…… and then secondly, WHO will be attracted to investigate…… and then thirdly, WHO would think the ♥LOVE-Heart-rock has been put there as a treasure for them to find…and then fourthly, WHO will actually pick up the ♥LOVE-Heart-rock claiming it as a Gift for them…….

ALL questions that ♥Delight and intrigue me and happily are doing are A GREAT JOB of DIVERTING ME from having to think about and having to push myself to go out and put in this amount of time to walk each day and if I don’t my body will revert to ‘rigid and inflexible’ and in not-working-order and will be painful!! Aha!! And you thought I was just in it for the Random Acts of ♥Art /♥Love/♥Kindness…

You know this morning I was even mulling over and contemplating how sometimes people go out looking for ★A SIGN to help them to decide which way to turn or what’s the next thing to do, or whether to stay, whether to go…….You know, The Let-the-Universe decide kind of thinking…… Well I do that sometimes. Don’t you? It could even be the flower petal pulling out style of he-loves-me, he-loves-me not, he-loves-me…….oh please send me a sign that they do love me………AND then there right in front of them is a ♥LOVE-Heart-rock! Must be a sign! Is a sign! I was thinking WoW this could be a way of saving marriages! What do you think?

A reminder that I – and Shelton too – are walking daily on our Promise to Ourself  – our 90 DAY walking program installing new habits/ new software as we walk…..Yipeeeeeeeeee……. It is DAY 24 today. AMAZING! Already over 3 weeks. I’m stoked!

24 Days of walking the Path of ♥Beauty, ♥Delight and ♥Love as well as  Fitness and ♥Well-Being.

And about a week ago I read an article about someone using the idea of training their brain by adding in positive affirmations and visualizing having super powers. I liked that and thought that it fitted with eating Superfoods which I do 🙂 ……So my walking affirmation is – I am super healing ♥Susie – a la idea of SuperWoman…..

So, now I imagine you aren’t thinking this is just about stacking/balancing a few rocks on top of each other….far from it! And do you know as well I’m amazed at how many more textures and colours and surfaces I’m noticing……..of the rocks, of the trees, of the plants, of the leaves, of the earth, of the sky, of the light and shadow…..of all around me…….

Isn’t it wonderful? Here we are again back to the Filters/Lens/Templates that we  see/hear/perceive and EXPERIENCE the world through – that is, our LIFE through.

Our perceptions MAKES OR BREAKS OUR DAY!

That is to put it bluntly! And what you are seeing/experiencing is what you wired to look for! And as my walking experiments are showing as we change the lens we look through we change our life…and with repetition and new habits we change our wiring……..

Walking is now much more of  a ♥Delight rather than just a task to be done and to talk myself into….I do encourage you to have a go at starting a new routine that feels somewhat of a challenge for you by associating it with something pleasurable……

So my ♥RAA Creatings and Depositings are working on so many levels….and are being left in so many places….putting them on road signs, trail markers, picnic tables, on the Play Group sign, on rocks, on logs, on the ground……….new places are being discovered daily…….

Don’t you just wish you were out walking with us….don’t you just love our West Australian bush?…..By the way, ‘bush’ is our word for forest or woods for those of you in the Northern Hemisphere…..

ROAD AHEAD! 
May there always be ♥LOVE on your road ahead as you walk the ♥Heart Path

and on picnic tables….. and Play Group signs….and on Trail markers….

Are you spotting the little ♥LOVE-Hearts balanced on the stack of rocks?

……and on the beginning to the steps up to ♥Warm Fuzzy Hill…..

And to finish off here’s a different treat for you – we went on an Easter short holiday at the beach over the weekend and walking on our beautiful beaches is such a ♥JOY and another place to leave a different  ♥LOVE-Heart creation…..
